SPIRIT Care Homes – Grand Opening

When Ilitch and Ria first contacted us about their vision of reinventing senior care in the comfort of a home, more than 2 years ago, we knew we wanted to help turn their ideas into reality.

Over the past 8 months a 6,033 sq ft 5 BR 2.5 BA home single-family home in Minnetonka on a heavily wooded lot has been transformed into a beautiful assisted living home with 8 private bedrooms,  8 bathrooms and 1 shared bedroom.  The two story home is fully accessible, including an elevator, garage lift, curb-less showers and a beauty salon, complete with its own barber pole.   The home features warm wood finishes, spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms.  Residents will bring their own bedroom furnishings to really make their new space feel like home.

The overall design goals were purposeful and focused on retaining the feeling of home and independence while ensuring safety and functionality for residents.  The final plans are a reflection of SPIRIT Care’s vision: ” A world where assisted living is defined by feeling loved, cared for, safe, and connected to other in the comfort of a home.”

SPIRIT Care Homes will be hosting their GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION on April 20, 2023, 4pm-6pm.  The event is open to the public.  Valet parking will be available.
