Built in 1968, this family home needed a refresh. Last year SDI remodeled the lower level to prepare for the remodel of their main level this year. Next year, the second floor. Comfortable statement kitchen with Enchanted Forest granite with Sea Pearl on the perimeter and Eternal Calcutta with stained maple island. Annie Selke white tile splash and Blue Memory tile behind the Wolf range. Powder bath w/outstanding blue and white wallcovering, Hale Navy cabinet, Carrara marble top, and Delta Faucet champagne fixtures. Laundry painted Silver Fox, Tofino quartz, and Décor Monza floor tile—a small space packed w/storage, counters, and personality! We hope to see you there!  October 2nd to the 4th.
