Cygnus granite, smoke black glass and sliced river rock backsplash with hickory stained cabinets. Island enlarged to over 12′ long. Merged the old butler’s kitchen into the walk-in pantry and moved the entrance into the dining room.  This is a not to be missed rear stairs custom natural twig-inspired railing. Continuing with merging outdoors with indoors, the Lower level has a new entertaining bar area and family gathering space.  Featuring new LVT aggregate flooring bringing you into their new entertaining space. Cabinetry is Quartersawn oak stained with hot rolled steel panel bar fronts, foot rail and stair railing.  Countertops in the bar are comprised of coffee granite paired with natural slab walnut top with a live edge without the bark.
