Main-level redesigned kitchen, mud room & laundry room space to gain storage & function. Creating an updated look while respecting the remaining oak. Separation between KT & FR altered for better furniture layout & flow. Custom cabinets stained cherry & enameled o white on the island & trim throughout. Cambria countertops in combination of Canterbury & Oakhampton with a walnut butcher block accent on island. Crema Marfil & Emperador stone backsplash. Change out of main-level flooring from oak to four-inch wide walnut. New Marvin® windows and patio doors. FPL was updated with new mantle & Imperial multi-ledge cladding surround.
