Fifteen fabulous remodels comprise this year's ASID Kitchen and Bath Tour. Sneak a peek of each project in the September issue of Twin Cities Metro Magazine and then see them in person, September 10 and 11. Voyeurism never looked this good.
Event Cost: $20

2011 ROMA Award (Remodeler of Merit Award)
On June 23rd @ The Saint Paul Hotel the Builders Association of the Twin Cities presented Ron Zach & Michelle Byers with a 2011 ROMA award for specialty work on the Heathstead Ln Project.

Parade of Homes: This is your chance to tour actual remodeling projects from April 1st from 1-7pm to April 2nd & 3rd from noon to 6pm.

Scope: This growing family needed more than just more space. They needed functioning space! Overhauled entire house, in and out. Every space analyzed to function best for this family.
Classic kitchen: oak flooring, stained maple cabinetry and trim, Corian and honed absolute black granite.
Upstairs: combination of stained maples and walnut flooring in the office.
Main bath: classic combinations of slate and porcelain tiles, and granite countertop.

Scope: Move or stay and remodel? Loved their location, but needed space!
Added: basement play space, family room, kitchen, three bedrooms.
Classic kitchen: stained maple cabinetry, oak flooring, Hans Stone red countertops, Tuscan stone backsplash.
Mud room/laundry: oak cabinetry and porcelain red tiles.
Upstairs: updated both bathrooms and a bedroom for each boy, finally! Our design process helped this homeowner stay home.
